In this session we use circular breath work to release stresses, blockages and fears to tap into alignment with the flow of life.  This breathing pattern will allow your body to enter an altered state of awareness that will create physical, mental and emotional change on a deep level. Experience the calm that comes from letting go of negative beliefs and patterns and find your way into flow.
