Join Erin and John Arnett as we let go of things that no longer serve us and usher in the spring by finding freedom and growth through embodied movement. Embark on a journey using breath, meditation and moving to a specially curated set of music as we learn to tap into alignment with our bodies and the flow of life. Release stored trauma, restore a sense of self, and build community and relationship through an exciting, intuitive, dynamic movement practice (dance) done in a group setting.
