Newbie to the yoga scene? Baby on the way? Recovering from an injury or just need to take a deep dive into your “quiet place”?
Gentle yoga is celebrated for meeting us right where we are-how ever we are, but it is also a great addition to a challenging Yoga practice or fitness regimen.
All are encouraged to attend this class, no matter your physical ability, strength or flexibility. Modifications will be given, and props will be used to bring ease into the poses. Additional time will be given at the end of class to rest or meditate.
