Join us for a night of ecstatic dance, a free-movement practice of radical somatic expression. Free your body to lead and move intuitively. Consent is at the heart of this practice, allowing the chance to dance alone or for magical moments of contact improv to unfold. Your hosts Xavier Moonbridge and Robert Kuhn will begin with a grounding circle to set intentions and build connection. Next, sound healer Jessica Garcia will masterfully lead us into a state of self-awareness with the singing bowls. From there, Xavier and Robert will weave live music with an eclectic playlist to guide you on a grand mystical journey of movement.
