Ecstatic dance hosted by Xavier! Let us release our bodies to teach us radical expression through movement. Let us move energy and emotion through our bodies so that sadness, anger, joy, and euphoria can all be honored. Let us welcome a natural high through only dance. May we expand our vision on the dance floor, manifesting what we want for ourselves and the world. Consent is the heart of our practice, allowing us to dance alone or for magical moments of contact improv to unfold. We begin with a grounding circle to set intentions and build connection. Then we let go to the sounds of a magical playlist interwoven with Xavier on the electric violin.
