Ecstatic dance hosted by Xavier! Xavier will offer an optional contact improv class for those who would like to come 30 minutes early at 6pm! During this time, we will explore gentle counterbalance, energy exchange, and connection with others. Opening circle will be at 6:30pm to set intentions for the dance. Next, Xavier will begin the music, performing live on the electric violin. After the live music, we have a special treat: a playlist featuring an entire album by the great Globular & Geoglyph! Come let your body teach you radical expression through movement!
