Come dance out the emotions that are under the surface and give yourself permission to move intuitively! This event will begin with a contact improv class at 6pm which is focused on connecting with others. Then at 6:30pm the opening circle and dance will begin with Xavier performing live on the electric violin. Next will be a mindfully curated dance track playlist designed to bring you on an epic and imaginative journey.
