Power Vinyasa is a stronger, more physically demanding version of our traditional Vinyasa class. This dynamic flow links breath with movement while building heat, strength, and endurance through a faster-paced sequence of poses.
Expect a continuous flow that includes standing sequences, core work, arm balances, and strength-building transitions. The class is designed to challenge both body and mind while maintaining the mindful breath and fluid movement that define Vinyasa yoga.
Students should be comfortable with foundational yoga poses and prepared for a more vigorous practice. Modifications will be offered, but this class moves at a quicker pace than a standard Vinyasa flow.
