What if you didn’t have to figure it all out, fix it, or force yourself to let go? Ho'oku'u is an ancient Hawaiian Huna practice centered around release. Through a guided process, you’ll be invited to close your eyes, quiet the mind, and surrender what you’re ready to release—old emotions, limiting beliefs, patterns, or whatever may be keeping you feeling stuck. You don’t have to know exactly what needs to change. Simply relax, allow, and let the process unfold. Sometimes the most powerful shift happens when we stop trying so hard and simply let go.
